Ball Park Music are a new band hailing from Brisbane in Australia. They are a six-piece indie-rock/pop band comprising of Sam Cromack, Jennifer Boyce, Paul Furness, Dean Hanson, Brock Smith and Daniel Hanson.
The band released their first EP back in 2009 initially just for friends and family but little did they know that the EP was played across Australian national radio kick-starting their success. As their first EP was so successful, the band decided to released a second EP entitled iFLY featuring a track of the same name on the EP which was again, successful. This lead to the band touring, supporting bands such as Boy & Bear and Cloud Control, top bands in Australia.
Since then, the band released their debut album in September 2011 (see cover above) entitled Happiness and Surrounding Suburbs on Stop Start/EMI with the band ending up with currently six singles off the album. Below you can check out 'iFly', the first single released from the album and I'm very sure you will be impressed if you haven't heard of them.
